Dear Friends and Neighbors,
We just wrapped up a week of long days and nights voting on bills ahead Wednesday's house of origin cutoff – the deadline when bills not necessary for the budget must be voted out of the chamber where they originated to keep moving through the process.
With such a flurry of activity, and all the work we still have ahead as Senate-approved bills move over to the House for consideration — it's crucial we get a chance to connect face-to-face, so I can update you and answer your questions.
